Louise D. Begue, age 84, and currently a resident of Biloxi, died Sunday, January 1, 2006 in Biloxi.
Mrs. Begue was born in Pass Christian, where she was a long time resident. She was a graduate of Pass Christian High School, and was captain of her senior basketball team. She attended George Peabody College for preschool teacher's training. She was a retired preschool teacher, an active member of Saint Paul Catholic Church in Pass Christian, president of the Mother's Club of Saint Joseph Catholic School, member of the VFW ladies' auxiliary, member of Pass Christian Carnival Association, member of Saint Paul's Altar society, and member of Pass Christian High School Alumni Association.
Mrs. Begue was preceded in death by her husband, Travis A. Begue, her parents George and Allie Dubuisson, her brother George Dubuisson, and her sister Dorothy D. Bell.
Survivors include her children and their spouses; John Begue and wife Carolyn, Dorothy Warner and husband Edward, Cheryl Theobald and husband Stephen, all of Biloxi, and Travis Ann Pope and husband Randy of Long Beach; grandchildren Heathe Warner and wife Kristy, Scott Theobald and fiance Brooke Bridges, Lauren and Tahler Theobald, Randi, Kristi, and Josh Pope; great grandchildren: Alexander and Holly Warner.
Visitation will be held at Nativity B.V.M. Cathedral in Biloxi on January 3, 2006 from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Burial will be in Live Oak Cemetery in Pass Christian.
