Louie Anderson Whobrey

Louie Anderson Whobrey, 86, of Pass Christian, died on Saturday, June 23, 2012, of natural causes. Louie was born in Hartford, Kentucky in 1925 and had a long career as an owner of a hardwood flooring business in Chicago, IL. He is well respected and loved, and will be greatly missed.
Louie was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Anderson and Maggie Dora Whobrey; son, Len Anderson Whobrey and sisters, Ethel Bernell Williams and Elsie Maureen Hrenyk.
He is survived by his daughters, Regina Waaga of Pass Christian, and Dora Elizabeth (Beth) Parker of Pass Christian; his sons, Ronald Whobrey of Pass Christian, William Joseph Whobrey of Gulfport, and Thomas James Shepard of Crown Point, IN; his sisters, Hazel Marie Midkiss of Ridgeland, IN, Anna Ruth Williams of Owensboro, KY, Sadie Ellen Robinson of Charlotte, NC, and Evelyn Best of Owensboro, KY.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, where family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
