Linda "Sue" Rodgers

Linda “Sue” Rodgers, 72 of Saucier, MS passed away peacefully on September 5, 2024 at Singing River Hospital Gulfport. She was born on September 30, 1951 in Saucier to the late Woodrow & Edith Patton. Sue is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Billy Patton.

Sue was a loving and devoted mother and especially grandmother. She loved music and was an avid fan of Elvis which she had several memorabilia. Sue loved her family and her pets, “Diesel” and “Gizmo”. Sue was a special person, who loved life and taking care of people. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sue is survived by her loving daughter, Stacy Rodgers (Steven Stevens); son, Brad Rodgers; grandson, Jaxon Rodgers; siblings, Carlyn Faye (Fred) Summers; Barbara Ladner, and Mike (Tammy) Patton. Sue also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport). Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport) with burial to follow at Saucier City Cemetery.
