Linda Rae Davis, age 68, of Biloxi, passed away on February 28, 2020, in Gulfport, Mississippi. She was a graduate of Gulfport High School and a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Hancock and Evelyn Rae Martin Hancock; and her husband and soulmate Richard “Doug” Davis.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Jennifer Studley (Jason) of South Boston, VA; two grandchildren, Bryce and Samantha Studley; two sisters, Sheila Watts (Richard), Terry McLendon; two brother-in-laws, Stephen Bosarge and Bobby Joe McLendon; one niece, Gypsy Shemper; and two nephews, Zack Watts and Matthew McLendon.
She worked at the Mississippi Regional Housing Authority for 19 years, followed by working 18 years as a duty clerk for the Chancery Clerk Office at the Harrison County Courthouse. She was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and was an avid golfer.
