Mrs. Linda Ann Phillips LaScola, age 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, October 28, 2018.
Mrs. LaScola was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a longtime resident of Pass Christian, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin William Phillips, Sr. and Helen Irene Pilet; siblings, Irma Constantine, Edwin "Whitey" Phillips, Jr., Preston Phillips, Roy Phillips, Richard Phillips and Carolyn Miller.
She is survived and lovingly remembered by the love of her life and husband of 58 years, Wayne A. LaScola; children, Kerrie LaScola Young (Patrick, Sr.) and Jeannine LaScola Gallagher (Joseph); brother, Wayne J. Phillips (Sue); grandchildren, Kristine Young Bordelon (Josh), Steven Young, Jr. (Agnes), Patrick Young, Jr., Jamie Young (Trey Shields), Leigh A. Gallagher and Kacie Gallagher; and great grandchildren, Hailey, Harper and Beaux Bordelon, Ethan W. Young, Nova Leigh Young and Ethan G. Baker.
A Celebration of Linda's life will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018, with visitation from 12:00 - 2:00 pm, and a prayer service at 2:00 pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln-Delisle Rd., Pass Christian.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Deaconess Home Healthcare for the tender loving care provided to "Lindy Lu" over the past year. They would also like to thank all the 4 th floor nurses and technicians at Gulfport Memorial Hospital for all their care and compassion.
