Lillie Mae Necaise, age 88, of Kiln, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
She was born in Hancock County to Wilton and Rosella Ladner Necaise. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family, gardening, and tending to her cattle.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Elvis Edison Necaise (1918 - 1977); her parents; great grandchildren, Jacob Beech and Paityn Lilee Ladner, and Baby Boy Peterson; and her siblings, Ulla Mae Necaise, Herman Necaise, Clarence Necaise, James Necaise, and Gladys Ladner; son-in-law, Howard "Buster" Thornton.
She is survived by her children, Judy Thornton, Elvis Francis Necaise (Cheryl), Gary Necaise, Mary Odom (Glenn), Rose LeBlanc, Lisa Necaise, Don Necaise (Rebecca); grandchildren, Kim Beech, Eric Necaise, Rosalyn Peterson, Greg Odom, Maegan Thornton- Murphy, Laney Necaise, Brent Leblanc, Reid Leblanc, and Raven Necaise; great-grandchildren, Jared Beech, Gabe Beech, Sarah Beech, Kolton Peterson, Konnor Peterson, Kaden Peterson, Drake Necaise, Kaylin Odom, Addison Odom, Greyson Odom, Gavin Odom, Jackson LeBlanc, Carsen LeBlanc, Caidence LeBlanc, and Jaxon Kollath; her expected great-granddaughter, Drew Murphy; her siblings, Eunice Ladner (Lee), Virgie Harbin, Louise Necaise, Harold Necaise (Cynthia), Emma Roberds, and David Necaise.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 6, 2019, at Annunciation Catholic Church, from 1:00 - 3:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 3:00 pm. Interment will be at Bayou Coco Cemetery.
