Lewis “Butch” George Anderson, Jr., a resident of Saucier, MS passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, in Gulfport.
Butch is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Viola Wilson; his brother, Jimmy Wilson; and his precious grandson, Thomas Carl Anderson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Leonora Anderson of Saucier; his children and their spouses, Lewis George Anderson, III and his wife Raquel, Sharon Shipman and her husband Stephen, Linda Hart, Teresa Winebarger and her husband Edward, Christine Loreman and her husband Todd, Michelle Berry and her husband Roger, Pete McNair and his wife Allison, and Namanet Keller, also surviving Butch are his siblings, Terri Bahret and Dwain Wilson and his wife Sheryl and his sixteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, his special neighbors and friends Sarah and Ron and Ava Ramos.
Butch attended Tech School and later became a general contractor. It brought him joy being able to help others by helping to build what was needed. He loved fishing and his roll as a Deacon at Lemoyne Blvd Baptist Church.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Celebration of Life service at Lemoyne Blvd. Baptist Church located at 15005 Lemoyne Blvd. in Biloxi. A fellowship meal will follow at the church following the service.
