Lester Brown

Ret. MSgt Lester E. Brown, age 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 9, 2022.  He was raised in Swainsboro, GA but made Biloxi, MS his home for the past 50 years.

He is preceded in death by his father, Willie Brown and mother, Ruby Ricks Brown.  He leaves behind the Love of his Life of 60 years, Arlene Brown; three sons, Anthony and Kenneth Brown, Biloxi, MS, Timothy Brown (Kristiina), Atlanta, GA and a daughter, Jacqueline Brown-Huderson (John), Slidell, LA; special cousin, Ola Mae Baker; and he was also Grampsy to five beautiful grandchildren: Imani, Jaylen, Jada, Kya and Johann.

The family would like to express a special thank you to Earlie Henson, Barbara Cowan, Southern Care Hospice Services and Nurse Brittney.

He is now enjoying his favorite hobby, fishing, within his New World.

Friends are invited to join the Brown family for visitation and services at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, MS.  Visitation will be Monday, January 17th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, January 18th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., with the Funeral Service beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Mr. Brown will be laid to rest at 12:30 p.m., at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors rendered by the U.S. Air Force.
