Leo Eugene Ladner, 77, died Saturday, December 27, 2014 in Gulfport.
Mr. Ladner was a retired law enforcement officer. He served as a deputy with the Hancock County Sheriff's Department; as Constable for the Hancock County East District for 10 years; and retired in 1977 as a full time officer with the Waveland Police Department.
He loved fishing and crabbing; and he loved gathering with his family and friends.
Mr. Ladner was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Evelyn Ladner; his ex-wife, Jewel Scarborough; nephew, Larry Garcia II; and his niece, Evelyn Sonier.
Survivors include his longtime companion, Anita Fowler; sister, Etta Beech; ex-wife, Yvonne Beech; 4 daughters, Becky (Wendell) Odom, Cathy (Buck) Nelson, Belinda (David) Fazzio and Cindy (Phillip) Pavolini; 2 sons, Randy Eugene Ladner and Chad Ladner; step-son, Dallas (Michelle) Fowler; grandchildren; and niece Tina Ladner,
Visitation will be Monday, January 5th from 6 to 9pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday, January 6th at 11am in the funeral home chapel, followed by burial at St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
