Lela Cox Grimsley, age 81, of Gulfport, passed away on November 4, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A.B. Cox, Jr; her son, Roger Dale Cox; and her grandson, Daniel Cox.
Lela is survived by her children, Betty Heindel, Jan Jackson, Kathy Marsh, Ricky Cox, David Cox, and June Cox; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and Harvey L. Grimsley.
She was born in Pontotoc, MS and was of the Baptist faith.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2008 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 7, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Ecru Cemetery, Ecru, MS.
