Mr. Lawrence M. Necaise, 87, went to be with his Lord on Friday, February 13, 2015.
Mr. Necaise was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II and he retired from Civil Service at the Seabee Base. He was a member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church and a member of the VFW and the Knights of Columbus.
He was so proud and honored that he was able to attend last April the MS Gulf Coast Honor Flight.
To greet him on his journey is his wife, Jeanette B. Necaise, daughter, Melinda Foley, son, Lawrence ""Larry"" Necaise, Jr., parents, Emile and Cornelia Necaise, granddaughter, Amber Jones, sister, Bernettie and brothers, Lenace and Lionel.
He is survived by his son, Steve R. Necaise (Linda); daughter, Jewel Cuevas (Lecter ""Bubba""); brother, Leamon Necaise (Muriel); grandchildren, Wade Cuevas (Gail), Ward Cuevas (Brittany), Chasity Thrash (Michael), Terry Jones (Angel), Jayme Necaise and Tim McCarty; and great-grandchildren, Jadyn & Bradyn Cuevas, Brant & Evan Jones, Kinley & Trent Thrash, Baby Jones, Jayson Jones and Braden Stanley.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. with Rosary at 8:00 p.m. Services will be on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. He will be laid to rest at new DeLisle Cemetery with military honors.
