Laverne J. Ladner, age 70, of Kiln, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2009, in Kiln.
Mr. Ladner was a life long resident of Hancock County, and a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church, White Cypress. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph and Winnie Hoda Ladner; brothers, Pete Ladner, Rudolph Ladner, Rudy Ladner and Harry Ladner; sisters, Alverta Cuevas, and Ruby Brady.
Survivors include his wife, Margie Ladner; children, Michael Ladner (Shirley), Wade Ladner (Pat), Jeffery Ladner (Teresa), and Pam Heintz; sister, Frankie Ladner; brothers, Burnell Ladner and Buford Ladner; 5 grandchildren, Holly, Jake, Dillion, Noah, and Nisa.
Visitation will held from 6pm until 10pm on Monday, April 20, 2009, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Rd, Pass Christian, and 1hr. prior to service at the church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, White Cypress. Burial will follow at Standard Sandhill Cemetery.
