Laura I. Parker, age 82, of Lizana, died Monday, August 30, 2010 in Gulfport.
She was a lifelong resident of the coast.
Mrs. Parker was preceeded in death by her husband, Clyde J. Parker, Sr., son, CJ Parker, Jr., brother, Noah Milton Smith, and a sister, Mildred Page.
Survivors include her children, Larry (Marsha) Parker, Walter (Beverly) Parker, and Donna (Jimmy) Cantrell, a sister, Zelma Holston, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday from 1 - 2 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road. The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the chapel.
Interment will be in Wolf River Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be sent to St. Ann Catholic Church, 23529 Hwy 53, Gulfport, MS 39503.
