Laura ""Jane"" Mayfield, 82, of Diamondhead, MS, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Wayne Mayfield; parents, S.M. and Maisie Morphew; one son, Robert Wayne Mayfield, one son in law, Jerry Lee Arb.
She is survived by her daughters, Sylvia Mayfield Arb, Paula Mayfield; her sons, Jerry Keith Mayfield (Suzanne), Kenneth Wayne Mayfield (Danita); her grandchildren, Garrett Lee Arb, Laura Arb DeSalvo, Lacey Mayfield Arb, Laura Read Griggs, Jennifer Read Flanagan, Cameron Farnsworth Mayfield, Shane Michael Mayfield, Therese' Mayfield Wooten, Kenneth ""Blaise"" Mayfield, and Jacob Wade Cook; 21 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Diamondhead Community Church.
The funeral service will be held at Diamondhead Community Church on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with a visitation beginning after the service.
