Larry Charles Lizana Sr., 67 of Gulfport, MS died Monday, October 12, 2009.
He was preceded in death by parents, John and Marguerite Holley Lizana. He is survived by wife Faye Jones Lizana; brother, Bobby (wife Kathy) Lizana of Houston; sons Chuck (wife Praveena) Lizana of Dallas and Mike (wife Renee) Lizana of Slidell ; grandchildren: Nisha, Chase, Marisa and Kiley Lizana and Curt Lloyd.
Larry was a retired member of the International Brother of Electrical Workers, Local 903.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 2414 17th Street, Gulfport, MS 39501 on Wednesday October 14, 2009. Viewing will be from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. Music for the Mass will be provided by Tammy Turnage and Lou Carter and the song choices are How Great Thou Art, Ava Maria, and Amazing Grace.
Interment will be in Gulf Pines Cemetery. Special attendants to the casket will be Chase Lizana and Curt Lloyd, pallbearers will be Neal, Kevin, and Danny Lizana, Nathan Paola, Kendall Cuevas, Mickey Jones, honorary pallbearers will be Pete Hamilton and Gary Seymour.
