Larry C. Leggett, 71, of Gulfport died September 27, 2008. His survivors include wife Jean Maggard Leggett; one son, Travis Leggett, and five daughters Ginger Walker, Lorie Courtney, Julie Wangerin, Krystal Wallace and Amy Rogers; thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Danny Leggett, Kenneth Alexander, and Wayne Leggett; and one sister, Gay Bass. Mr. Leggett is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Leona Leggett; two brothers Ellis Alexander and Bobby Leggett; a sister Audrey Chiniche. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 10:00 am at New Hope Baptist Church.
