Larry Clinton Kilpatrick, age 71, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2008. He was born in Newton County, MS on October 19, 1936.
Mr. Kilpatrick was retired from the International Union of Operating Engineers. He was 32nd Degree Mason and active with Shriners. He was a member of Krewe of Fun Time.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lester Kilpatrick, his brother, Delane Kilpatrick and sister, Janice Pinson.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Kate Kilpatrick; three children, Keith (Lisa) Kilpatrick, Holly (Pete) Davignon, and Suzette Robinson; his mother, Lucille Kilpatrick of Chunky, MS, and two brothers, Gary Kilpatrick of Gulfport, MS and Ronny Kilpatrick of Chunky, MS.
He has seven grandchildren: Kristina and Lindsey Kilpatrick, Justin Dove, Jacob Davignon, Todd, Dylan and Kayla Robinson; and one great grandchild, Rylee Robinson.
His extended family includes Dianne (David) Borzik, Wally (Susan) Noble, Michelle (Kraig) Goreth, LeAnne (Todd) Fulton, David Michael Borzik, Nick (April) Phelps, Josh Correll, Courtney Noble, Elizabeth Goreth, Roman Goreth, William Fulton, Rayleigh Phelps and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 11, 2008 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd. Chapel, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 12, 2008 at Providence Baptist Church in Chunky, MS at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to services. Interment will be in Providence Cemetery.
