Lance Corporal E Anthony Guidry, Jr. age 21, resident of Long Beach, died, Wednesday, April 22, 2009 in Gulfport.
Mr. Guidry was a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and a student at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. He loved family, friends, fast cars, and his beloved dogs, George and Sue.
Mr. Guidry was survived by his wife, Desiree Guidry of Long Beach; infant daughter Brenna Leann Guidry; mother, Paulette Jones and husband Scot of Long Beach; father Tony Guidry and wife Lisa of Necaise Crossing; siblings, Angela Guidry of Long Beach, Alan Peters of Diamondhead, Tyler Amacker of Pass Christian, Tomi Rene Barnes of Carthage, Stephen Jones of Long Beach, Chris Jones of Carthage, Joseph Stelly of Necaise Crossing; grandparents, Glenn and Norma Dore' of Kiln, Randall Snyder of Ashville, NC, Robert and Joyce Guidry of Necaise Crossing and Barbara Jones of Slidell, LA.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 25, 2009 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19128 Commission Road, Long Beach. Services will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery @ Rotten Bayou.
In lieu of flowers an account at Hancock Bank has been set up in his honor for memorial contributions to take care of his family.
