Kenneth P. """"Ken Man"""" Varney, 56, of Long Beach,. passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2010 in Long Beach.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth L. Varney. Left to carry on his memories are his mother, Edith P. Varney, Long Beach and sisters, Rhonda L. (Dale) Pollaed, Milton, FL, Freda M. (Bill) Blaine and Susie D. (Kevin) Meier, both of Long Beach, his son, Kenneth P. (Dawn) Varney, II, Ocean Springs and his daughter, Sarah Varney, Ft. Myers, FL, his precious grandson, Chandler M. Varney, Ocean Springs, nephews, David and Chris Gordon, Pensacola, FL, Eddie """"Bo"""" Delaney, Houston, TX, Billy Blaine, Long Beach, nieces, Diane Kennedy, Sherri Allen, and Jill Logothetis, all of Long Beach, and several great nieces and nephews.
He was an avid sports fan and spent his days off enjoying the beach.
A memorial service will be held 5 pm Saturday at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd., Long Beach where friends may visit from 4:30 - 5 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made at any Keesler Federal Credit Union.
