Kenneth C. """"Dar"""" Russell, age 97, of Long Beach, died Sunday, December 09, 2007 in Gulfport.
Mr. Russell was a lifelong resident of New Bedford, MA. He was a pharmacist over 50 years and was an active 32nd Degree Mason and was affiliated with numerous masonic organizations.
Survivors include his daughter, Carolyn Tripp, Long Beach, 2 grandchildren, Russell L. (Karen) Tripp, Pass Christian, and Lynn T. Guardia, 7 great-grandchildren, Russell L. Tripp, Jr., Lauren Fillingame, Christine E. Leslie, Ryan Davis, Kevin Tripp, Jourdan Guardia, and Conner Guardia, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, Madison Finella, Lane Bradshaw, and Andrew Fillingame.
The family would like to thank the Nurses and Doctors at the MHG Cardiac Unit, especially Dr. LaRosa and Dr. Rizk.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 12, 2007 from 6-8 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach.
Interment will take place in New Bedford, MA.
