Kaye Perrett

Kaye Holt Perrett, age 75, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Saturday, March 22, 2014.
Kaye was born and raised in Biloxi and grew up in the Fernwood area. She married Lex Mohon, Sr. and raised three sons, Lex, Jr., Keith and Tim. In 1999 she married J.N. Perrett and resided Gulfport. Previously she was a Real Estate broker, involved in retail sales and was a long time volunteer at Gulfport Memorial Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her son Lex, Jr., his father Lex, Sr., and son Keith; step-son, Greg Perrett; her sister, Darnell, and brother, Robert.
She is survived by her husband, J.N. Perrett; her son, Tim, and grandchildren Rory Mohon, Lily Turner, Ry Mohon, and Lex Edison Mohon, III; her step-children, Carl Perrett and Richard Perrett and her step-grandchildren, Julia and Rachel Perrett.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 5007 Lawson Avenue, Gulfport, at 10:00 a.m. Friends may visit in the sanctuary 30 minutes prior to services.
Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
The family would like express their appreciation and thanks to Dr. Bassam Baroudi, Dr. Amery Creighton, Dr. David Larosa for her care over many years; Memorial Hospital Emergency staff, Canon Hospice, and Right-at-Home for their care during this stressful time.
