Kathy Courteaux

Kathy Page Courteaux, age 76, of Gulfport, passed away on April 7, 2022.

Kathy was a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and a resident of Harrison County.  She received a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from USM. Kathy was employed at the Lakeland Medical Center, New Orleans, LA. She was a Platinum Carnival Cruise Line traveler, and loved to crochet, sew, make craft and tend to her flowers.

Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, Olga Saucier Page; her father, Edward Allen Page; her brothers, Robert “Bobby” Page and Thomas “Tom” McGill.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 36 years, Milton Anthony Courteaux; her children Janet Jarvis (Dave), Shirley Williamson, Mike Peterman (Debbie), and Joshua Courteaux; her siblings, Ronnie Page, Paul Page (Jeanette), Sheryl P. Davenport, and Stanley “Byron” Page; her grandchildren, Nathan Middlesdorf (Candace), Sierra Castilleja, Matthew Castilleja, Brandon Butler, Justin Warden, Brittany Peterman, Katy Peterman, Arron and Anthony Peterman; her great grandchildren, Faith Anne Middlesdorf, Zoey Middlesdorf, Amelia Middlesdorf, Kylie Warden, and Cory Butler; her nieces and nephews, Shawn Page  (Laura), Michelle Jaynes (Aaron), Kathryn Page, Kayleigh Page, Tammy Page, Patricia Page, Millard Page, Sandra Hartman (Mark),  Daron Page (Stacy), Mandie Davenport, Tabitha D. Romero (Brice), Sheila M. Furlow (Bob), Aaron McGill (Karen), and Beth M. Childers (Derek);  and many step great grandchildren and cousins.

Kathy’s verse during her illness was Isaiah 53:5 “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and his stripes we are healed”.  Today she is resting in the arms of her savior fully healed.

The visitation will be on Friday, April 15, 2022, from 5:00 until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 16, 2022, both at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, MS. Burial will follow at First Free Church of God Cemetery, Gulfport, MS.
