Katherine Martin

Katherine Emily Smith Martin, age 69, of Saucier, passed away on November 1, 2020.

Mrs. Martin was born to John and Cuppie Parker Smith. She was a faithful member of Living Waters Church and previous member of Lighthouse Fellowship in Gulfport.

She was preceded in death by her father; son, Jerry T. “ Lil’ Jerry” Martin; brother, Johnny Smith; and daughter in law, Shandas Martin.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Jerry D. “Bo” Martin; children, Tom D. Martin, Melinda Marie Martin, Homer Z. Martin (Tiffany), and Emily Kennerson (Wayne); siblings, Jerry and Jackie Smith; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020, at Living Waters Church, Saucier Lizana Road, at 2:00 PM Visitation will be held one hour prior.

Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery in McHenry.
