Karl Phillip Fay, age 63, of Ocean Springs, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2011, in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Evelyn Fay; and brothers, Robert and Paul Fay.
He is survived by his wife Dianne Fay; children Jennifer Fay, Michael Fay (fiance' Kim), Amy Fay, and Elizabeth Fay.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. at The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints, 14928 Big Ridge Road, Biloxi, MS. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Gulfport, is in charge of arrangements.
Interment will be private at Crestlawn Cemetery, and held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to South MS Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
