Junia Castleberry

Junia Castleberry, age 83, of Long Beach, passed away on June 12, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Joan Louise Castleberry; a daughter, Linda Fulp; and a sister, Geraldine Craig.

He is survived by his children, Debra Ann Gambill, Steve Castleberry, Sandra Racca, Theresa Utley, Angela Kay Delaney, Aaron LeRoy Castleberry, and Merlin Castleberry, 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.

Junia was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast and he was a carpenter who built many homes. He was also a loving husband and father of 12 children. He loved growing fruit trees, grape vines, and sharing it with everyone. He was loved and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

A visitation will be on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, from 6 - 9 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd., Long Beach. The funeral service will be at 10 am Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
