June Krohn, age 81, of Gulfport, died May 15, 2010 in Gulfport.
She was a native of Crowley, LA and was a graduate of the Touro Infirmary School of Nursing, a bachelors degree from Univ. of Louisiana-Lafayette, and post graduate work in Adult Education from USM. She did volunteer work at Lynn Meadows Discovery Center and the Harrison County Development Commission.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Krohn.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Paul Krohn and his wife Sheila Kay, and Steven Krohn and his wife Carol, 4 grandchildren, Lisa Ross, Angela Krohn, Joseph Krohn, and Peter Krohn, and 2 great-grandchildren, Jackson Ross and Carter Ross.
The funeral service will be 11 am Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport where friends may visit from 10 - 11 am.
Interment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
