Julia Ann Wilson, age 93, of Gulfport, went to be the Lord on Wednesday, October 6, 2010.
Mrs. Wilson lived most of her life in Gulfport and retired from Pass Road Elementary. She also worked at the Mac Smith GarmeNt Factory and was a nurses aide at a local nursing home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Wilson, 6 children, Milton Wilson, Butch Wilson, Alfred ""Pee Wee"" Wilson, Judy Ann Wilson, Walter E. Wilson, and Dot Bullock, 3 brothers, 2 sisters and a grandson, Richard Wilson.
Survivors include her children, Johnny (Janie) Wilson, Melvin (Nita) Wilson, Annette (Johnny Ray) Cuevas, and Ray (Patsy) Wilson, a daughter-in-law, Diane Wilson, 24 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday from 1 - 2 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be in Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
