Judy Flurry Olson

Judy Flurry Olson passed away on August 23, 2024, surrounded by family in the home in which she came into the world. 

Judy was born September 18, 1949 to parents Otto Flurry and Gladys Johnson Flurry, both of whom have passed prior to her death. 

Judy grew up in Daisy Vestry, MS and attended Vancleave High School. After graduation, she went on to attend Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College. Judy then resided in Pascagoula, MS, where she worked in Data Processing with Litton Industries for many years. She traveled the world and told of all places she saw, Africa being her favorite among them. 

Judy is survived by her sister, Sherry Flurry Maples, brother Donnie Flurry, and sister Rita Flurry Kirkwood, as well as many nieces, nephews, and close friends who loved her dearly. Judy was a wonderful person. She will be missed so very much. It brings us peace knowing she is now out of pain and in a wonderful place with those who passed before her. 

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
