Judith Marie Young

Judith Marie Young, age 60, passed away on 6 December 2023, in Saucier, Mississippi. She was born in Long Island, New York.

She is preceded in death by her father, Royden Barbour, her beloved first husband, Emilio R. Gonzalez and cousin, Donna Santini.

Judith especially enjoyed spending time with her sons and grandsons, music, going to car shows to view classic cars, and visiting her family in Crestview, FL. She absolutely loved the mountains but her favorite thing to do was soak up the sun on the beach.

Throughout her life, Judith held various positions at establishments such as Advanced Auto Parts, Kroger, Piggly Wiggly, and Winn Dixie. She concluded her career at the Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) billeting office.

She is survived by her mother, Helen (Bernie) Cummingham, her brother Roy (Michelle) Barbour their children Hunter Barbour and Madison Barbour, her children Daniel (Dixie) Gonzalez, Roberto (Damaris) Gonzalez, Emilio Gonzalez. Her grandchildren, Alejandro, David, Isaias, Pierre, Elijah, and another grandson on the way.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to Judith’s neighbor, Bryan Rester, for his assistance on the night of 6 December 2023.  

Visitation will be from 2 PM to 4 PM on Sunday, 10 December 2023, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, MS. 39503. There will be no burial service.
