Joyce C. Myrick, age 80, of Gulfport, passed away om May 10, 2010 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James E. Carbonette and Evelyn Breland Carbonette; four brothers, Willie, Jack, Woody, and Wallace Carbonette; and a granddaughter, Ashley Danielle Myrick.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Billy Ray Myrick of Gulfport; her children, Tim (Billie) Myrick of Ocean Springs, John (Gayle) Myrick and Rob (Crystal) Myrick, all of Gulfport; and eight grandchildren.
She was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church, Gulfport. She loved gardening, cooking, and puzzles. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2010 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 14, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Bayou View Baptist Church, Gulfport. Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens, Long Beach.
