Flora "Joyce" Kyzar, age 90 of Gulfport, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Flora Belle Jordan; her father, Charles Rowan Jordan; her husband, Pink C. Kyzar; her brothers, Charles Harold Jordan and Clyde Edward Jordan; her sister, Gracie Belle Maxwell; her sons, Tommy Keith Kyzar and Corbit Michael Kyzar; and her daughters, Joyce Elaine Torggart and Brenda Sue Kyzar.
Joyce is survived by her daughter, Cynthia "Ann" Darden (Paul); 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was a southern Baptist her entire life, and most recently was attending First Baptist Church of Long Beach. Her favorite pastime was reading and spending time with family. She felt her greatest achievement in life was being a mother, a grandmother, and a great grandmother.
Joyce was dearly loved by all who knew her!
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 10, 2019, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, with a visitation for family and friends from 9:00 AM until the service.
Following the service, there will be a Reception for family and friends in the funeral home Reception Center.
