Joyce Dubuisson Alexander, 70, formerly of Long Beach, died in Turlock, CA, on Tues., Dec. 16th.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Lee Alexander, her sons Eddie and Dexter, her daughter Susan, her parents Ceville and Sedonia Ladner Dubuisson, 3 brothers, Wesley, Hester, and Chester Dubuisson, and 4 sisters, Verna Dubuisson, Lucy Cuevas, Lula Scarborough, and Leona Necaise.
She is survived by 1 son, Derek Lee Alexander of Merced, CA, 2 daughters, Donna Jean Carey of Gulfport, MS, Bonnie Lou Suniga of Patterson, CA, 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 brother, Julius Dubuisson of Long Beach, MS, and 3 sisters, Lucille Waitschies, of Long Beach, MS, Beulah Alexander and Dolores Moran of Pass Christian, MS.
Visitation will be Monday, Dec. 22, (5-8pm) at Habing Family Funeral Home, 129 4th Street, Gilroy, CA, 95020. The funeral service will be Tues. Dec. 23 (10am) in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial, 1000 First St., Gilroy, CA.
