Josephine Simon

Josephine "Judy" Simon, age 77, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Gulfport. She loved gardening, crocheting, her grandchildren, and her yorkies.  She was also a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by husband, Jerome Chester Simon, Sr.; parents, Elmore Chadwick and Pearl DePew Chadwick; daughter, Lucinda Simon.
She is survived by her children, Jerome "Chet" Chester Simon, Jr and wife Helen of Dickson, TN, Tanya J. Sanders and husband James E. Sanders, II of Loogootee, IN, William "Scott" Simon and wife Melinda of Gulfport, and Beverly Craven of Gulfport; sister, Joan Simon Hill and husband Bill of Burlington, KY; grandchildren, Shonda Renea Wooden and Jeremy, Heather Marie Allsbrooks and husband Matt, Lori Lynn Stokes and husband Brad, Erin Alanda Francis and husband Kenny, Anthony "Tony" Michael Arvin and wife Teneka, Caleb Sanders and wife Cammie, Aaron Sanders, Danielle Sanders, Jared Scott Simon and wife Courtney, Cade William Simon, Joshua Lee Craven, and Timothy Ian Craven; great-grandchildren, Parker Bingham, Noah Allsbrooks, Natali Allsbrooks, Katelynn Allsbrooks, J.P. Stokes, Simon Stokes, Kedric Francis, Lucinda Francis, Rowan Francis, Esther Francis, Shilynn Arvin, Jayleigh, Jayden, Peyton Harker, Bryson Sanders, Mason Sanders, Sophia Stanton, Silas Sanders, Spencer  Sanders, and Sterling Sanders.
A visitation will be held Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 6:00PM until 9:00PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 12:30PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi. A burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
