Joseph Martin Stevens, age 53, of Gulfport, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2010, in Jackson, MS.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Florine Stevens; and his daughter, Jessica Marie Courtney Phillips.
He is survived by his wife, Stacy Stevens of Gulfport; his father, Joseph P. Stevens of Gulfport; his son, Jonathon Barnett of Saucier; his siblings, John R. Stevens of Gulfport and Sheri L. Stevens of Saucier; four grandchildren, Jeremiah Martin Phillips, Chrystain Barnett, Stefani Courtney, and Uriah Phillips; one great grandbaby, Joseph Martin Atkins; two nephews, John P. Stevens and Daniel Stevens; and one niece, Jennifer Stevens.
Mr. Stevens loved playing music.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2010, at 3:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport, with visitation from 1:00 PM until service.
