Joseph A. Martire, age 69 and a resident of Biloxi, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2008 in Gulfport. Joseph was a resident of Chicago Heights, Illinois for 39 years and retired to Biloxi, Mississippi for the last five years. He was veteran of the US Navy.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara; two brothers, George and Jim; one sister, Isabel; three sons, Joseph A. Martire III, Charles (Debbie), and Michael (Mary Ellen); daughter-in-law, Mary; grandchildren: Amber, Sara, Matthew, Joseph A. Martire IV, David, and Lisa; great-grandson, Ash; and loving companion Zoey.
There will be no services held. Mr. Martire will be buried in Steger Cemetery in Illinois. An on-line guest book may be signed at www.riemannfamily.com.
