Joseph Miguel Anderson Sr., age 52 of Gulfport, MS passed away Sunday July 8, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 33 years, Theresa M. Anderson; his parents, William Jack and Bertha (Rash) Anderson; his brother, James "Jimbo" Anderson; and his niece, Aleaya Jean Anderson.
He is survived by his daughters, Ali (Devin) Spayde of Gulfport and Rhonda (Glyn) Harbin of Biloxi; his son, Joseph Anderson Jr. of Biloxi; five grandchildren, Samantha Floyd, Caitlyn Floyd, Frank Floyd III, Donavan Harbin, Ellie Tessier; two great grandchildren, Dawson Bishop, Colton Johnson; siblings William Patrick Anderson and John David Anderson; and several nieces, aunts, and uncles.
Mr. Anderson was born on September 24, 1965 on the Panama Canal; however he lived the majority of his life in Biloxi, MS. He served as a fleet mechanic and handyman who could fix almost anything. He enjoyed working on cars, particularly antiques, and acquired countless classics over his lifetime. He loved rock music and acquired an eclectic sense of musical taste, which he also passed to his children in addition to his love of antique vehicles.
Graveside services will be held on Monday July 16, 2018 at 4:30 PM at the Free Church of God Cemetery, Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport. The RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport is serving the family. www.riemannfamily.com
