John ""Honey Bun"" Parker, age 61, of Bay St. Louis, passed away on September 15, 2011 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bruce Parker; his stepfather, Clyde ""Son"" Page; a brother, James Edward Parker; a sister, Linda Lee Malley; a nephew, Coy Austin; a niece, Shannon Austin; and a great grandson, Blake Ray Smith.
He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Diana Parker of Bay St. Louis; his mother, Edna Page of Waveland; 4 children, Lou Ann Guidry (Rene) of Independence, LA, Rebecca Murphy of Waveland, Mary Ann Treuil of Kiln, and Burt Treuil of Bay St. Louis; 13 grandchildren, Ashley, Jerry, Jr, and Louis Smith, Dianne, Leanne, and Chyanne Murphy, Britany, Briar, and Brock Guidry, Robert, Heather, and Sam Treuil, and Jessica Stiglett; 1 great grandson, Clayton Smith; and 4 siblings, Joe R. Parker (Glenda) of Houma, LA, Johnnie Smith of Waveland, Jane Austin (Charles) of Kiln, and Cora Crosby of Bay St. Louis.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian, with a visitation from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Breland Cemetery.
