John M. Kerr, 94, of Long Beach, died Monday, June 28, 2010 in Gulfport.
Mr. Kerr was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in WWII. He was a musician and was the guitarist at his church, Christ United Methodist Church, Long Beach, where he was a member.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Robert H. Kerr, Jr.
Survivors include his niece, Barbara J. Adams of West Chester, PA; and his nephew, Robert H. Kerr of Springfield, PA.
Visitation will be from 11 am until 12 Noon, Thursday, July 1, 2010 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach. The service will follow at 12 Noon in the funeral home chapel. Burial with military honors will take place at Biloxi National Cemetery. The online guestbook may be viewed at www.riemannfamily.com.
