John Jerry Cuevas, 63, of Catahoula, MS, died Sunday, July 23, 2006, in Slidell, LA.
Mr. Cuevas was a longtime resident of Catahoula and was of the Catholic faith. He worked as a plant supervisor for Coast Materials and his favorite pastime was riding his four-wheeler.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Laura Cuevas.
Survivors include his children, Cindy (Ricky) Cupps, Ocean Springs, Gary (Haleigh) Cuevas, Catahoula, and Greg (Alissa) Cuevas; his father, Neil Cuevas, and a brother Cornell (Patsy) Cuevas, all of Long Beach; 8 grandchildren: Gabrielle, Maegan, Brandon, Grace, Hayden, Breanna, Landon, and Kylah.
Visitation will be Friday, July 28, 2006, from 6-9 p.m. at Gulf Coast Funeral Homes, Inc. Kiln-DeLisle Road Chapel.
Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
