John Armstrong

John Steven Armstrong, loving husband, father and grandfather, 65 of Pass Christian, MS was born in Lincoln County, NC to Amos Myers and Francis Louise Armstrong. He passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Marvin & David Armstrong, all of Maiden, NC. He is survived by his wife, Donna Zeitfuss Armstrong of Pass Christian, MS; his four children, Elizabeth Nichol Green (Aaron) of Hattiesburg, MS, Cilver Dawn Armstrong (Paul) of New Orleans, LA, Joshua Myers Armstrong (Hillary) of Raleigh, NC, and Melinda Megan Jensen (David) of Charleston, SC; and four grandchildren, Gage, Maddox, Logan, and Jack. He is also survived by his siblings, Ruth Rudisill (Earl) of Maiden, NC, Frank Armstrong of Maiden, NC, Henry Armstrong (Lynn) of High Shoals, NC, and Kemp Baxter "Butchie" Armstrong of Maiden, NC.
Visitation will be held from 3:30-5:00 p.m., Saturday, July 8, 2017 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach, MS, with the Funeral Service beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Live Oaks Cemetery, Pass Christian, MS.
