Joe Woods

Joe Riley Woods, age 79 of D’Iberville, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021.

Mr. Woods was preceded in death by his wife, Alice.  Joe is survived by his four children, Terri, Allyn, Maria, and Kathleen; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Joe was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, where he enlisted in the US Air Force, serving 26-years.  He enjoyed rock music, sports (especially football), and food.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78209. The family has set up a zoom meeting for those who wish to participate virtually,
