Mr. Joe Douglas McLemore, age 72, resident of Long Beach, passed away on May 6, 2011.
Mr. McLemore was born in Cedar Bluff, MS to James A. and Arlin Peeples McLemore. He served in the U.S. Army and retired from Shell Oil after 27 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Ruby McLemore; two daughters, Lita Ladner of Long Beach, and Rhonda McLemore of Long Beach; brother, James E. McLemore of West Point, MS; one grandson, Joshua McLemore; and extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at Biloxi National Cemetery at 10 a.m.
