Jimmy Edwin Ladner, age 50, passed away November 25, 2020 in Gulfport, MS.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Patrick “Pat” Ladner; maternal grandparents, William and Hattie McDonald; paternal grandfathers, Houston Joseph “Jimmy” Ladner and Edwin Thomas Clark.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Mary Garriga Ladner of Kiln/Dedeaux; mother Ann McDonald Ladner of Pass Christian; grandmother, Janet L. Clark; children, Jesse Ladner of Pass Christian, Emilee Ladner of Pass Christian; step daughter, Ashley Thomas of Pass Christian; step son, Jon Greco of Kiln; “Pop Pop” to, Peyton, Paisley, Paris, Sawyer, Hayden and Wyatt; siblings, Gina Moran (Kenny), Bobby Ladner, Janet Ladner, all of Pass Christian; nephews, Daniel Moran and Garrett Moran; and nieces, Kalah Ladner and Halie Ladner; Godson, Trevor Cuevas of Kiln/Dedeaux.
Jimmy had an associate’s degree in Mechanics and was the supervisor for P & O Ports America. He loved watching football and Nascar; going to Talladega when he was able. He was of the Catholic Faith and a member of the Republican Party. Jimmy enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
The Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 11:00am, with the visitation for family and friends beginning at 10:00am at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Pass Christian. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
