Jimmy Ray Dunn of Saucier, MS, age 73, passed away November 10, 2011.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Pearlie Arlie Dunn, mother, Eva Blackwell Dunn, brother, Douglas Ray Dunn, sister, Joan Easterling and granddaughter Brandy Marlene Dunn.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Ray Nell Lee Dunn; sisters, Judy (Jimmy) Stewart, Cora (Jackie) Davis, and Deloris Gibson; children, Sherwin (Kathy) Dunn, Lacresa (Mike) Tucker, Rev. James (Angela) Dunn, David (Sonya) Dunn, Adam (Tiffany) Dunn; grandchildren, Davis Dunn, Steven (Sarah) Dunn, Samantha Dunn, Joseph Tucker, Elizabeth Tucker, Lance (Rachel) Dunn, Jay Dunn, Jonathan Dunn, and Megan Dunn; 5 Great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
He always had a new Bible verse every day to encourage those around him.
He was a member of Standard Apostolic Church in Pass Christian, MS where he sang and worshipped his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
A visitation will be held on Monday, Nov. 14, 2011 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, with a service to be held at 7:00 pm at Son-shine Jesus Name Church, 18509 Saucier Lizana Road, Saucier, MS.
Another visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, with a service to be held at 2:00 pm at Standard Apostolic Church, Wolf Creek Road, Pass Christian, MS.
Burial will follow at Finley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to help pay for funeral expenses.
