Jimmy Ray Dubuisson, age 57 and a resident of Gulfport, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2011, in Gulfport.
Jimmy was a native and lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast and was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport. He retired with over 35 years of service with Dillards as a hairdresser. After retirement, he went back to school and received a Master's Degree in Social Work from USM. Jimmy loved spending time with his family and friends.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Ramie and Pearline Ladner Dubuisson; his brother, Elgie Dubuisson and his sister, Betty Ladner.
He is survived by his brother, Dennis (Elaine) Dubuisson; his niece, Lana Welsh; his nephew, Keith Dubuisson; his great nieces, Brittany, Whittney (Ryan), Courtney (Andrew), Shalyn, and Kami; his great nephew, Denver; his great great nieces, Ava, Rayleigh, and Lilly, all of Pass Christian and his very best friend, Keith Ballard of Gulfport.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2011, from 5pm-9pm, with a Recitation of the Rosary at 7pm, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road in Pass Christian.
There will be an additional time of visitation on Monday, November 14, 2011, from 9:30am-10:45am at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rotten Bayou Cemetery.
