Mrs. Jessie Vivian Lampkin, age 79, of Gulfport, died Monday, July 4, 2011 in Wiggins. Mrs. Lampkin was born September 28, 1931 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and has been a resident of Gulfport since 1992.
She was preceded in death by her father, J.J. Meeks and her mother, Melinda Lorene Meeks. Survivors include her husband, E.Z. Lampkin; son Vance Lybrand; granddaughter, Kathryn Lybrand; step-sons, E.L., Keith, and Scott Lampkin; sisters, Mary Dardeene, Doris Meeks and Ernestine Meeks; and brothers, James, Thomas and Howard Meeks.
Visitation is Friday, 6-8pm, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport. The Service will be Saturday, 10am, in the funeral home chapel followed by burial at 1st Free Church of God Cemetery.
