Jessica Michelle Gant

Jessica Michelle Gant, age 22, resident of La Junta, CO, formerly of Long Beach, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, in Colorado.
Jessica was born in Gulfport, lived in Long Beach, and graduated from Rocky Ford High School in Colorado. She enjoyed the arts, and was a very loving person with a great sense of humor. Out of her tragedy, her biological gifts of life to others will ensure her love of life and other people continues.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Joseph Tillman Gant, II.
Jessica is the loving mother of Cory Blaine Donnell, Jr.; she is also survived by her companion, Cory Blaine Donnell; her father, Charles M. Gant (Rachel) of Biloxi; her mother, Susan Long (Wade) of Romeoville, IL; her siblings, Garrett Gant, Charlie Gant, and Alexandria Gant; her maternal grandparents, Yvonne and Jim Mercer of Saucier; her paternal grandmother, Margaret Gant of Jackson, TN; her step-grandmother, Lila Dye of Gulfport; her aunts, Margie Snider (Ray), Susan Way (Bill), Vicki Williams, Harriet Gant, Rene' Garrett (Nelson); her uncles, Bill and David Gant; and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2011, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach, where friends may visit from 5-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 25, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Burial will follow at Long Beach City Cemetery.
