Jesse David Taylor

Jesse David Taylor, age 88, of Diamondhead, Mississippi passed away on December 18, 2023.  He was born in Deatsville, Alabama to the late Richard and Ellen (Campbell) Taylor. 

 Jesse was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Glen A Bailes, Arlan Taylor, and Michael Taylor.   Jesse married Frances Crump in July 17, 1973 in Gulfport, MS. 

Jesse served in the United States Navy during Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War and retired in 1989 after 37.5 years a Master Chief. 

He leaves his cherished memories to his loving wife of 50 years, Frances Taylor; three sons Dutchin Taylor, Robert (Jacque) Ramsey, and Mike (Terrie) Ramsey; four daughters Sharon Bloemer, Ellen Stallibrass, Joy Taylor, and Pamela “Cookie” Livingston; a sister Patricia R. Burt; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

 The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Central Bible Church, 2005 Longfellow Road, Bay St. Louis, MS. 39520. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm at the church.  Interment will follow the services at the New Delisle Cemetery.
