Jerry Martin

Jerry Daniel “Bo” Martin, age 76, of Saucier, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

“Bo” was a native of Biloxi. He was born December 11, 1946, to Homer Martin and Ida Mae Ladnier Parker. After finishing high school, he served in the military as an Infantry Paratrooper. He settled in Saucier, where he served as a Deacon at Living Waters Church.  “Bo” was an avid gardener. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing and loved the outdoors and nature.

“Bo” was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Katherine Emily Martin; a son, Jerry T. Martin; his mother, Ida Mae Parker; his father, Homer Martin; a brother, Sam Martin; a daughter-in-law, Shandas L. Martin; and a grandson, Jarred Lewis.

“Bo” is survived by four of his children, Tom Daniel Martin, Melinda Marie LeBlanc, Homer Zane Martin (Tiffany), and Emily Mae Kennerson (Wayne); three siblings, Martha Mae Leuenberger, Virginia “Jenny” Webb, and Homer C. Martin; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

We are thankful for the many years shared with him. We will all cherish the wonderful memories of love and laughter he shared with us all.
