Jeffrey Abel

Jeff went to eternal peace on Monday, December 1, 2021. He was born in Milwaukee, WI on March 26, 1960 and graduated from Oak Creek High School, Class of 1978.

Jeff was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed being outside. Hunting and fishing were Jeff's passions. You could always find Jeff preparing for his next season of hunting or fishing. Although Jeff enjoyed hunting and fishing, he also enjoyed spending time with his family. Activities he loved were cooking, working on projects, and watching his beloved Green Bay Packers.

Jeff worked at AWH Partners as Vice President of Construction and Development.
He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Abel; mother, Bernadine (Bunny) Abel; sisters, Lorie Trapp, Trudy Abel, Kim Malak, and a nephew Kip Trapp.

He is survived by his wife Korinna; his son Brandon Abel; daughter-in-law Cortney Abel; step-daughter, Corrin LaCombe; step-son, Brad LaCombe; step- daughter, Chelsea Snyder; and step-son Zach Snyder; grandchildren,  Braxton Abel, Korben Abel, Bryleigh Abel, Amara Crandle, and Kennick Crandle; Other survivors include his brother-in-law, Gene Trapp; nieces, Staci (Lazar) Milosavljevich, Shantel (Pete) Trapp, Shelbie Trapp, Sharla (Danny) Trapp; nephews,  Brad (Cyndi) Trapp, Dana & Kristy Malak;20 great nieces, nephews and cousins; longtime friends, Jack Pilger and James “Jimmy” Rentrop; and countless friends and colleagues.

Services will be held on Saturday December 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM with visitation starting at 10 AM at Riemann Family Funeral Homes, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd. Biloxi, MS 39532 (West Jackson County). Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Vancleave.
